By installing, accessing, or using TubeVD (the "Extension" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TubeVD. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Namaa Global LLC.

2. Description of Service

TubeVD is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to download publicly accessible videos from websites that permit such downloading. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TubeVD only for lawful purposes. You must not use TubeVD to:

• Download copyrighted content without authorization from the copyright holder
• Download content from platforms that prohibit downloading in their Terms of Service
• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit downloaded content without proper rights
• Download content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Download private, confidential, or restricted content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of TubeVD complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of websites you visit.

4. Intellectual Property

TubeVD and all related intellectual property are owned by Namaa Global LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of TubeVD, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan: TubeVD offers a free plan with limited features (5 downloads per day, up to 720p quality).

Premium Plan: Paid subscriptions unlock unlimited downloads, 4K quality, MP3 extraction, and other premium features. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Billing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law or our 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with TubeVD Premium within 30 days of your first purchase, contact us at support@tubevd.com for a full refund.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TUBEVD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that downloaded content will be of any particular quality or format.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAMAA GLOBAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TUBEVD.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of TubeVD shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Copyright Compliance

TubeVD respects intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. If you believe content downloaded using TubeVD infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@tubevd.com.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your downloads comply with copyright law and the terms of the websites you visit. Namaa Global LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringement committed by users.

9. Privacy

Your use of TubeVD is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TubeVD at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use TubeVD ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of TubeVD after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
