How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and fast:

• Send an email to billing@tubevd.com
• Include your order email address or Stripe receipt number
• We will process your refund within 1–3 business days
• Funds will appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Applies to first-time purchases of monthly or annual subscriptions
• One refund per customer
• After a refund, your Premium access will be revoked immediately

Renewals

Automatic renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless there was a technical error. If you wish to cancel before your next renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date from your account dashboard or by emailing us.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers may request a full refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the subscription period.

Technical Issues

If TubeVD is not working as expected due to a technical issue on our end, we will either fix the issue or provide a full refund regardless of the 30-day window. Please contact support@tubevd.com with details of the issue.
